Please bring the complete amount of your payment by US $ cash and pay at our office in Quito in the first morning at our Spanish Institute before starting with your Spanish course. Please also note that once in Ecuador we only accept payments by US $ cash.

Immediately after deciding the method of your payment, we will require additional information from you and your current level of Spanish. You must complete the form after Checkout in order to prepare your Program.

Please send your complete payment by credit card, by Western Union or by bank transfer before your arrival in Ecuador (if you send your payment by Western Union or by bank transfer, please pay all the fees for the transfer!).

For programs in Quito and Otavalo, we accept payments by credit card, Western Union or bank transfer and US Dollars (cash).

For our programs in The Amazon Jungle, Galapagos Islands, Indigenous Communities, Packages and for our Travelling Classroom programs, we only accept payments in advance by credit card, by Western Union or by bank transfer. Payments shall be made at least 1 week prior your arrival in Ecuador.

If you do not pay in advance for your program in Quito and/or Otavalo, you are required to make the complete payment before starting your Spanish course. Please note that once you arrive in Ecuador, we only accept payments by credit card or US Dollar (cash).

If for any reason once with us you decide to change the program from Group Classes to Private Course, Combined Courses or to upgrade to a program of a higher price, you are welcome to do so.

Any cancellation for Quito or Otavalo has to be reported at least two days in advance. You will be refunded 95% of the original price.

Any cancellation for a program with us in the Amazon Jungle, in the Galapagos Islands, in a Travelling Classroom program, in a package or with an Indigenous Community, has to be reported to us in advance with the following conditions:

In order to guarantee any refund, once you have arrived to the program, reservations in the above locations cannot be cancelled last minute or once the program has started.

In the case of medical or personal reasons, you can cancel your reservation until 15 days before your program starts. The school will issue a refund 100% of the payment received, except the costs of the services already booked (already expended to organize the program with us; for example, the flight ticket for your Spanish teacher, non-refundable payments to the hotels) and the costs involved to receive your payment.

In case you cancel the reservation between 15 days and 1 day before your program starts, the school will issue a refund in the amount of 75% of the payment received.

If you cancel your program or part of your program upon arrival, the school will not issue a refund.

Bank transfers need around 5 working days to come from your country to Ecuador.
Your bank needs only the above information to send us the money. They will find our bank in the international system of banks with the SWIFT code, it is not necessary an IBAN, ABA or any other different code.
